Every day in land scarce Singapore, offers scream from thousands of garish flyers, exhortations from property agents for owners to sell their apartments and make a tidy profit.

Everything’s fine until more than a few in an estate want to cash-out enmasse. Then, even if you’ve lived there your whole life, the legalities of ‘en-bloc’ sales could mean the loss of your home.

There is nothing we can do about this facet of Singapore life, but “wouldn’t it be nice?”, we thought, if at least the flyers weren’t such bloody eyesores?
Our response was crafted to alleviate some of the suffering Singaporeans face at their mailboxes: Daniel has ‘bloc’d out’ an elegant A5 template for property agents using nothing more than ubiquitous Arial and Times New Roman typefaces, Microsoft PowerPoint™ software and excellent design sense.

The files are available as free-to-use downloads. If you’re a property agent, we’d love to hear your thoughts on this initiative.

Download ‘Template A’ & ‘Template B’.
