Illustrate a Point

2011

If Beethoven could continue composing after becoming completely deaf, could a seasoned artist draw without seeing? Illustrate a Point explores this question through a simple but rigorous constraint. Michael Ng — better known as Mindflyer — was blindfolded and asked to translate what he saw in his mind onto paper, drawing without visual reference. The resulting work captures instinct, memory, and muscle recall, illustrating how creativity persists beyond its usual tools.
