For MPO’s 2015 reports, we looked to George Chinnery’s drawings of Macau and Frank Gehry’s free-form sketches. Malaysian artist Ch’ng Kiah Kiean created a series of drawings on location, paired with soft colour, typographic swashes and ligatures. The result connected the fund’s view of Macau with a more expressive portrait of the city.
