Before the Capitol site was redeveloped, WOHA commissioned &Larry to design the proposal book. We treated the publication at a scale that matched the building, pairing archival elegance with bold contemporary graphics. The book presented the Capitol as both a landmark worth remembering and a place ready to be renewed.
